Since the new cruise liner terminal at Liverpool became operational we have seen the return of the great cruise ships to the Mersey; the latest visit was on 26 July when Cunard's Queen Victoria stopped by. It was too good an opportunity to pass up, so I went along and took some photos, from both sides of the river. I liked this one of the ship as seen from the opposite side, showing the waterfront with its new development in relation to the huge vessel, so I thought I'd make it available as a desktop – seeing as it's been a while since the last time I did one! Once again, it comes in three sizes and so just download the one that suits best. If like me, you've got a widescreen laptop, I'm afraid you'll have to crop it to suit your display! (Hey, we can't think of everything!)
